What each Calendly stat means19 definitions · showhide
- Booked
- Every discovery call that exists on a closer's Calendly for this month, whatever happened to it afterwards. Booked = Completed + No-show + Cancelled + Rescheduled + Upcoming.
- Completed (held)
- The call time passed and it was not cancelled or marked a no-show — the closer actually took the call.
- No-show
- The call time passed and the prospect never joined. Marked as no-show in Calendly.
- Cancelled
- Someone cancelled the call in Calendly and it was never rebooked.
- Rescheduled
- The original slot was moved to a different time, so the call still happens later.
- Upcoming
- Booked, still in the future, not yet held. These have no outcome yet.
- Show rate
- Of the calls that reached their time slot, the share where the prospect showed up: completed ÷ (completed + no-show).
- No-show rate
- The mirror of show rate: no-shows ÷ (completed + no-show).
- Cancel rate
- Cancelled calls ÷ all booked calls. High here means the offer or reminders leak before the call.
- Close rate
- Deals won in the CRM ÷ calls completed. How often a call that happened turns into a sale.
- Cash per completed call
- Cash actually collected this month ÷ calls completed. What one call that happens is worth in real money.
- Cash per booked call
- Cash collected ÷ all calls booked. Lower than the above, because no-shows and cancellations are in the denominator — this is the number to use when deciding what a booked call is worth to buy.
- Avg deal size
- Total deal value closed ÷ number of deals won this month.
- Booking lead time
- Average hours between the moment someone booked and the call itself. Shorter usually means hotter leads and better show rates.
- Hours on calls
- Booked meeting time on completed calls only, start to end. Not total hours worked.
- Call window
- Earliest to latest call start time for that closer this month, Eastern time.
- Days on
- Number of distinct days that closer took at least one completed call.
- Next 7d
- Calls already booked in the next seven days — forward calendar load, not this month's result.
- Open hours
- Bookable time still free on a closer's Calendly. Days marked closed are either blocked off or past how far ahead their booking page allows.
